Einspänner

Are you supposed to mix the whipped cream into the coffee before drinking an Einspänner?

if you like. I would drink the coffee %26quot;through%26quot; the whipped cream, taking a little along with each sip.....

I believe that%26#39;s how it was meant to be enjoyed.....

almost along the way you drink tea in some countries -- you clench a piece of sugar between your teeth and sip the tea through the sugar.
