Weather next week

Have looked on the net and found different sites that give different views on what they think the weather will be next week, ranging from very hot to pouring down with rain. None of them can seem to agree. Does anyone have a local forecast for Vienna next week?

Many thanks.

Normally these websites get their information from only one source - the meteorological service in Austria (ZAMG). Furthermore, it is hard to determine an accurate outlook for more than 4-5 days in advance.

My forecast contains bad weather for Monday and Tueday, while Wednesday should bring summer back in steps.

Many thanks Mikey.

Looking forward to seeing Vienna again.

I have always found the following website to offer good prognosis for weather- just click on the specific area - Vienna

www.wetter.at

while in german - very easy to interpret the images , temperature etc. It offers a multi day prediction

Most importantly - it provides predictions by regions in Austria if you plan traveling- just scroll down to the one you want.

Quite often , the weather varies greatly by area- example alpine north and south regions, east west etc.

This may be one reason you find varied forecasts as they may be for a specific unamed region and much different from another area.

Hi Vertical. Thank you for this. The site certainly seems to give a more favourable weather outlook for next week than others. I don%26#39;t mind if it%26#39;s a bit cloudy, so long as it isn%26#39;t like England at the moment, i.e. awash with water every 5 minutes!!!!
