Ferien Appartements Seelände?

I am searching for a room for a friend who will be visiting Hallstatt for a couple of days Aug. 4-6th. I have emailed about 15 places and many do not have a room available due to it being high season.

This place got back to me and said they do have a room available. There is no website so I don%26#39;t know where it is or what the rooms are like.

Does anyone have any info about it?

Thanks. I did end up finding that website when I googled the hotel name. What I can%26#39;t tell is how far it is from the center. I can%26#39;t see the church in that photo. I am guessing it is maybe a 10 minute walk from the map?
