En route from Villach to Vienna

Driving from Slovenia through Villach to Vienna. Any recommendations for good places to stop?

U defenitly should stop in wiener neustadt, theres chens cooking, where u have a all u can eat buffet and the inner town, where u can take a walk through the old town, there are no cars ect its realy nice there, especially if ur driving the hole day

If you like cities you could stop in Klagenfurt and/or Graz. Graz is really worth to be visited. The region around and between Villach and Klagenfurt is full of lakes, where you could rent a sailing boat and relax.
