eading about the Salzburg Music Festival (we%26#39;ll be there the first three days Jul 26 -29) both on their site and in Rick%26#39;s book, prices are extremely expensive (100 euros) and or sold out. We know in Salzburg there must be some other concerts during that time period not connected with the festival but uplifting as well. Any ideas or experience with this? Do we need to book these smaller concerts before we leave the USA? Thanks

The Mozart Dinner Concert is a nice occasion. It%26#39;s certainly a bit touristy but we really enjoyed the evening and it%26#39;s held in beautiful surroundings. Booking on-line is easy and during festival time advisable.
