Hi,
My missus and I will be in Austria for 3D2N in late July. We would like to visit the regular sights. Any suggestions as to what all places should I consider? So far, I have read about Salzburg, Vienna and Innsbruck. We would be using the Eurail mostly, but would love to rent a car if its worth it. Looking to capture the Austrian flavor in the limited time we have.

Your time is really limited! Don%26#39;t you wanna skip one place to see more of the others? I would focus on Vienna and Salzburg. No time for side trips - car rental not recommendable!

Thanks Mikey_Vienna. I did some more reading on Austria. Places like Innsbruck, Graz and Hallstatt are extremely interesting, but I guess we dont have much time in Austria. Vienna and Salzburg it is going to be. Can we use Eurail passes to travel from Vienna to Salzburg (and onward to Germany) ?
