2. I don%26#39;t really know how much time would I need to spend for each place. Is the plan doable?
3. Did I miss any major tourist spot?
4. Do you guys have any suggestion for what I can do in Salzburg?
5. Will I be able to catch my flight on 20 July if I only go to Schonbrunn? How long will it take from wien to the airport?
6. Any food I have to try before I leave wien?
Thanks.

Your plan is doable and you%26#39;ve obviously researched guide books to have formulated your timetable. There are enough sights in Vienna to fill many more days so I wouldn%26#39;t try to suggest you do any more than you%26#39;ve chosen which are obviously the things that interest you. There should easily be time to visit Schonbrunn, but aim to leave it by 15.00 to get to the airport in plenty of time - longer if you have to return to collect luggage from the hotel. The airport bus to and from the Westbahnhof is your best transfer option. There are tours of the Staatsoper during the day - look here for times and prices:

My problem with such a detailed itinerary is that you may want to spend longer at some places than others or may find things that you want to go back to. I often like to factor at least half a day into a city break for the unexpected.
Salzburg is best reached by train (2.5 hours) and you need to set off reasonably early. I%26#39;d post on the Salzburg forum for tips.
As for food, any guide book you consult will give tips on Viennese cuisine, but most people feel they have to try Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz and as many cakes as they can manage!
