Embassy Hotel vs. Lindner Belvedere vs. NH Wien??

Would appreciate some advice as to a choice of these 3 hotels:

Embassy Hotel - Landstrasse

Lindner Belvedere - Rennweg

NH Wien - Mariahilferstrasse

We%26#39;re looking for something relatively modern, convenient, clean and reasonably priced for our 3 night stay July 9-12. All of these are ranging around €100 per night. The NH, being a suite-hotel, offers a kitchenette with most of their rooms -- not the others. All 3 look to be fine for our needs.

Any other suggestions for this price range including breakfast buffet??

Many thanks for your help.

The Embassy hotel is Ok but the location is not that great - it si located on a busy street - probably you must take a bus ( 74 A ) to the Ringsrasse and then transfer to other mode of transport - Ubahn or streetcar to allow access to most tourist sights- fewer reataurant choices-

The Lindner Belvedere a one minute walk to the Lower Belvedere Palace and Gardens - a quick walk to the RingStrasse - The Salm Brau - a good place to eat and drink close by - numerous retaurant choices a short walk.

The NH located on Mariahilferstrasse , a main shopping street in Vienna- convenient to Ubahn U-3 taking you in 5 minutes to city center or Bus %26quot;A that will deliver you quickly to Museum Quarter , Hofburg Palace and city center -

easy walking to many restaurants ,shopping , sightseeing , etc.-

NH is a relatively large chain of hotels of good standard - many have breakfast included - check with the hotel- if not numerous places not far to get a good cheap breakfast.

In my opinion Lindner or NH would both be OK perhaps an edge to NH as it has a kitchnette - a large supermarket Merkur is not far away ( lower level of a large shopping store with Gerngross, Saturn and other places)

The NH Mariahilferstrasse is very close to a subway stop [Zieglergasse] enabling fast transportation. On Saturdays it may become very busy in front of the house as the street is Vienna%26#39;s largest (or longest) shopping street.

Many thanks, Vertical and MikeyVienna. I knew I could count on both of you!

We%26#39;ve stayed at hotels of the NH %26amp; Lindner chains and both have been fine. Just wasn%26#39;t sure how much further away the new Embassy is from everything -- obviously, it looks closer on the map to Rennweg than it really is.

BTW, I%26#39;ve found prices for all 3 (lots of hours of searching) which seem very reasonable for Wien and all 3 include breakfast buffet. (Embassy at €84, and the other two at just about €100 per night)
