Sorry - boring weather question

I know it%26#39;s mostly guess work, but we arrive in Salzburg on Friday. Apart form 3 days in Vienna we%26#39;ll be mostly around Salzburg and St.Gilgen/Salkammergut region for 10 days.

Any ideas of likely temperatures? I%26#39;m just wondering if we need coats or will light jacket suffice for evenings and altitude views?

Any thoughts from locals appreciated

If you will hike up to higher altitudes, I%26#39;d suggest to pack a (rain) jacket, comfortable and stable shoes and a thin sweater. The weather down can be summerlike but also rainy and cold. Temperature may vary between 18-26°C, in the mountains less as mentioned before.
