Roughly what would a party of two expect to pay for dinner?

I assume that you have already looked to the Meinl website
www.meinlamgraben.at
some information there about the restaurant.
This is one of the top restaurants in Vienna and prices reflect name, location and quality.
Depending on wine selected , nature of dishes - an average price may be 250 + euro for two.
An extensive and good wine list may make a big difference in costs.
A fine dining experience.
Reservations essential- ask for a table next to the windows over looking Graben -a nice view.
Note - the restaurant is directly in the food market -
first floor front - ( known as 2nd floor in the USA) you walk through portions of the food market to reach it.
If you arrive after the market has closed - you must walk around the corner to Naglergasse where you will find a private lift that takes you up to the area of the restaurant.
Meinl also has a small wine bar in the basement level - little known to tourists - entrance from Naglergasse
Food market probably has the highest prices in Vienna- normally good quality.
You often see the colorful orange Meinl shopping bag in the city.
Often in the normal priced Spar or Billa supermarkets where shoppers fill these bags with food and proudly walk along as if they just finish shopping at Meinl.
