Nice Hotel in Vienna for 6 Gals

We are traveling from Budapest by train for 2 nights in Vienna. There are six of us. Most of us have been to Vienna, but a couple haven%26#39;t. We want to stay within the ring in a nice, but not too expensive hotel(Doesn%26#39;t everyone!). Also...can anyone recommend a private guide? Wonderful restaurant?

I checked out the hotel and it looked great.

As for the restaurant we want something memorable and upscale, but it doesn%26#39;t have to be a big name or famous restaurant. We would like to eat where, as we say in the South %26quot;the locals eat.%26quot;
