Help Maria alm/Hinterthal accommodation

I%26#39;m trying to find some accommodation in Hinterthal or Maria Alm from 28/12/08 to 04/01/09.

The hotels in Hinterthal all seem to be booked. Anyone know of chalets/flats that may be available for this period?

Any tips would be appreciated.
